Sonnets Prospectus

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Fees are due 14 days before term starts. Bills for the following term are given 2 weeks before the end of each term.

2. Class fees can be paid by cheque or internet banking. We do accept post dated cheques dated 14 days before term commences, we can take payment in 1, 2 or 3 instalments of post dated cheques for the term. Or by internet banking/Standing Order in 1, 2 or 3 payments with your child’s name as a reference.

3. If your child leaves half way through the term no refund will be given. Children participating on a 5 week taster, are under no obligation to give notice during the 5 weeks.

4. We require half a terms notice in writing if your child is leaving sonnets, so we can give the opportunity to another child.

5. We have an annual increase of fees each September (subject to venue hire updates).

6. All pupils should wear their compulsory Sonnets T-Shirt to classes, if you do not have one please enquire with your Sonnets Coach or order via our website.

7. We may ask parents to purchase costumes for shows, these are obviously yours to keep afterwards.

8. If a pupil is being disruptive on a regular basis they will be given a verbal warning, then a written warning and possible exclusion from the school.

9. Mobile phones and valuables are not permitted in class.

10. A fee of £10 per month will be added to late payment of class fees.

11. Any charges for returned cheques will be passed on to the customer.

12. If you are going to be late picking your child up or somebody else is picking them up please inform your Sonnets Coach.

13. Second/third siblings receive a 10% discount if both children are participating in all 3 classes, the discount is applied to the class which is the least value.

14. We offer free taster classes as an incentive at the begining of each term. If you join half way through the term you are charged for the classes your child participates in.
